UPN ends 'Sex, Love & Secrets' production after only one broadcast

The UPN TV network has shut down production on "Sex, Love & Secrets" after only one airing.

The ensemble drama starring Denise Richards, Eric Balfour, Lauren German, Omar Benson Miller, Tamara Taylor, James Stevenson and Lucas Bryant launched to mixed reviews and weak viewership Tuesday night, the New York Daily News reported Thursday.
The network plans to air the eight remaining episodes it has in the can. However, it's not out of the question that production could restart if numbers suddenly pick up, the Daily News said.
