Canadian twins David and Bradley Bell turned the same age as their birthday Sunday: 10.

The Spruce Grove, Alberta, boys turned 10 on 10/10/10, the Edmonton Journal reported.
Around the world, people timed births, weddings, new business ventures and fundraisers for the date, considered lucky.
"The 10 marks the end of the single-digit set of numbers. It's kind of like the union of two individuals starting their lives together," said Alice Lau, who married Allan Au Sunday at the Edmonton Chinese Baptist Church. When the couple surveyed their options for the big day, Oct. 10 popped right out.
Lau and Au are having a traditional Chinese wedding. While 10 does not have any specific meaning in Chinese culture, they say, the two digits that make up the number are individually favorable.
"Zero is eternal and one is auspicious because it comes before everything," said Lau. And in Chinese, the word 10 is used in the expression "perfect in every way."
As for the Bell twins, they didn't have to choose 10/10/10 -- it chose them. "It's pretty cool," said David.
