David Hesterbey, 48, entered the plea Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court in Van Nuys, the Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday.
Authorities say Hesterbey climbed a 9-foot fence last Thursday, walked into Aniston's rented beachfront home through an open door and asked an employee if the "Friends" star was there.
Hesterbey was also charged with petty theft for taking a cab to Malibu from Santa Barbara and failing to pay the $250 fare, officials said.
Bond was set at $70,000 and Hesterbey's next court date is Sept. 7.
Aniston, who was in Chicago filming at the time of the incident, has obtained a restraining order keeping Hesterbey away from her and her home.
