Tony Parker files his own divorce filing from Eva Longoria in Texas

Tony Parker has filed his side of the story in his developing divorce case with "Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria.

People Magazine said Saturday the divorce petition was filed in Texas by the San Antonio Spurs point guard in response to the paperwork Longoria filed earlier in Los Angeles.

Longoria, 35, has accused her 28-year-old husband of infidelity.

People said that according to TMZ, Parker was seeking to relocate to Splitsville due to "discord or conflicts of personality."
