Tony Danza has filed for divorce from his wife, Tracy, after 24 years of marriage, a family source told UsMagazine.com Thursday.
"They've technically been separated for a few years but they worked through it and were still together," an insider told the Web site.
"Not sure what happened, they decided to make it official."
Danza is best known for his roles on TV's "Taxi" and "Who's the Boss?"
