Tina Fey welcomed her second daughter into the world this week with the birth of Penelope Athena Richmond, her representative said.

The healthy little girl arrived Wednesday after what her spokesperson told People was an "easy" pregnancy.
Details of the birth were not immediately available
Fey, 41, already had a 4-year-old daughter, Alice, and had decided with her husband Jeffrey Richmond, 51, to pull the trigger on expanding the clan despite Fey's busy schedule.
People said Fey told Oprah Winfrey in the spring, "My husband and I really decided that we felt rather than risk having (NBC's) '30 Rock' end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing that we were going to prioritize our family."
