Tia Booth admits she was "devastated" by her unexpected split from Arie Luyendyk Jr. on The Bachelor.

At The Bachelor: The Women Tell All taping last week, the 26-year-old physical therapist from Weiner, AR, relived that horrible goodbye following her hometown date during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

"I did not see it coming, and I did not expect to feel so emotional about it in that moment, but obviously I told this man I was in love with him," Tia said. "I was invested. I could see a future with him, so it was very devastating to go through that."

Tia broke down into tears the minute Arie denied her a rose after meeting her family. She questioned her self-worth and wondered, "What did I do wrong?" But Arie assured the bachelorette there was simply "something missing" in their connection.

When asked why she struggles to feel "good enough" for men, Tia replied, "I think that stems from past relationships.

"Throughout this whole process," she continued, "I feel like I grew so much and learned so much about myself, and I'm disappointed in myself for reverting back to that. Seeing that, it made me realize, 'Oh my gosh, you deserve so much, and you're worth so much more than a rose at the end of this thing.'"

Although Tia left the show in pieces, her The Bachelor stint apparently shaped her into a stronger, more confident woman.

"I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life and I have no regrets," Tia revealed.

Tia doesn't necessarily wish she had done anything differently, but she does feel guilty about the situation that played out with Bekah Martinez during their small group date with Arie in Tuscany, Italy.

Tia voiced her concerns to Arie that Bekah, now 23, was not ready to settle down or get married at her age, and the Bachelor chose to send Bekah packing at the end of that date.

"Honestly, the only thing I've been fretting about with all of this is my confrontation with Bekah. [But] if I said that I regret doing it, and wish I hadn't done it, it would just be negating everything I felt in that moment. So I don't regret it. I wish I could have spoken with her first, but I didn't have the chance to do so," Tia explained to ET.

Arie now has three women still in the running for his heart heading into the overnight Fantasy Suite dates: Kendall Long, Lauren Burnham, and Becca Kufrin.

"I think people will be very surprised to see what happens," Tia teased of the season's ending. "But honestly, as long as Arie is happy, then that's all I could ask for."

Tia added, "I still don't know exactly what he was looking for, but I hope he found it. I do."

Tia became a fan-favorite on The Bachelor's 22nd edition for her intelligence, outspoken nature and southern-belle personality. Many fans have therefore been rooting for her to become The Bachelorette's upcoming Season 14 star.

"I think it would be another learning and growing experience. Thirty years from now, I don't want to say, 'I turned that down because I was scared and nervous,'" Tia said of the potential opportunity.

And as for whether she'd be interested in looking for love on Bachelor in Paradise this summer, Tia gushed to ET, "I would love to be in Paradise. I would love to continue on this Bachelor journey."
