The Voice eliminated Jon Mero and determined the thirteenth season's Top 11 artists during Tuesday night's live results broadcast on NBC.

After both artists sang a survival song last night, America tweeted via the show's "Instant Save" format to keep Cunningham in the competition. Cunningham therefore continues to represent Levine's team going forward.
Cunningham kicked off the elimination format by singing "Fortunate Son" by Creedence Clearwater Revival for his survival song.
Levine said he hated having two of his own members in the bottom and neither of them deserved to be there. Levine called Cunningham "a badass" and noted that the artist had done everything in his power to stay alive in the competition.
Jon then followed that up with a performance of "I Want You Back" by Jackson 5.
Levine told Jon that no one in the room believed he should be going home because of the "fire and tenacity" he brings to the stage every time he performs.
However, Levine refused to choose a favorite since both guys were on his team. The coach explained it would be "poor form" to fight for only one person since his overall goal was to protect them both on The Voice and watch them succeed.
Home viewers then had a short five-minute window to vote for Cunningham or Jon to stay on The Voice via Twitter. At the end of the final commercial break, it was a 54% to 46% vote in Cunningham's favor.
"I want to thank you so much for believing in me from the beginning. You taught me so much, you taught me how to be fearless," Jon told Levine before Tuesday night's final set of results were announced by The Voice host Carson Daly.
"You are completely an inspiration to me. I will take the lessons that you've given me for the rest of my life."
Levine called both Cunningham and Jon "supremely talent," adding that they "couldn't have done anything better" on the show.
With that being said, home viewers decided Cunningham will continue on to The Voice's Top 11 performance show next week.
