Six singers automatically advanced to The Voice's upcoming "Knockout Round" after they won their respective "battle" against a fellow teammate, while three artists were selected to move on after they lost their battle but were stolen by another coach.

Coach Pharrell Williams matched up Elyjuh Rene with Maiya Sykes, requiring them to perform "If I Ain't Got You." Pharrell decided Elyjuh had won the battle. Maiya was therefore eliminated.

Pharrell also asked Griffin to face off against Luke Wade in a performance of "Maybe I'm Amazed." Luke won the battle, but coaches Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani fought to steal Griffin. Each coach is allowed two "steals" in this round, and Griffin picked Blake.

The Voice coach Adam Levine paired Chris Jamison with Jonathan Wyndham. The two guys sang "Young Girls," and Adam declared that Chris had won the battle.

Gwen matched up Jean Kelley and Sugar Joans to sing "Survivor." She picked Sugar to remain on her team. However, Adam and Pharrell both wanted to steal Jean. After each coach stated his case as to how he'd best serve the artist, Jean opted to be on "Team Pharrell."

Gwen also paired up Amanda Lee Peers with Taylor John Williams. They sang "Jolene" and Taylor won the battle.

Blake forced Craig Wayne Boyd to face off against James David Carter with a rendition of the country song "Wave On Wave." James won the battle, but Craig was stolen by Gwen.
