Teresa Giudice's husband reportedly made a poor decision before getting behind the wheel of his vehicle, which led to multiple problems with the law.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice was arrested early Thursday morning and charged with driving while intoxicated after he crashed into a pole, Montville Police Capt. Ed Rosellini told New Jersey's The Daily Record.

The crash occurred around 1:47AM and the 39-year-old was transported to Morristown Memorial Hospital with minor injuries before being released, police told The Daily Record.

Giudice was charged with DWI after providing a blood sample and was also issued summonses for reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane. It is unclear where Giudice was heading when the crash occurred, however he was reportedly "minutes" from his home.

Giudice's run-in with the law didn't end there, as The Daily Record reported that police discovered outstanding warrants out of Clifton, NJ for violating city ordinances.

While it was unclear what those violations were, Giudice was taken to Clifton and held on $2,625 bail before being released later this morning, according to The Daily Record.

Bravo renewed The Real Housewives of New Jersey for a second season in October and it is currently slated to debut sometime this year.
