Former The Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe is defending current The Bachelorette star Hannah Brown against the backlash Hannah has been subjected to regarding her choices about physical intimacy.

"Women can have sex if they choose, and women can wait till marriage if they choose. Point is, ITS THEIR CHOICE," Kaitlyn tweeted on Tuesday following The Bachelorette's latest Season 15 episode.
"When you're making a life altering decision to find a life partner, intimacy can be important. Why is that so hard to understand?"
Hannah hasn't been reserved on her currently-airing The Bachelorette season when it comes to her feelings about sex and acting upon them. She has straddled men in chairs and even made out with Peter Weber on a pool table and inside a sauna.
Christians have slammed Hannah for allegedly giving them a bad name, but that's nothing compared to the heat Hannah has taken due to the promo that aired after Monday night's episode.
"So, let's talk about sex," Luke Parker told Hannah with a big smile on his face in the promo. "Let's say you have had sex with one or multiple of these guys, I'd completely remove myself from this relationship."
Hannah appeared visibly upset and angry, telling Luke, "My husband would never say what you've said to me. I have had sex, and honestly, Jesus still loves me."
Hannah then dropped a bombshell, confessing she had sexual intercourse with one of her bachelors in a very unique setting.

"From obviously how you feel, me f-cking in a windmill, you probably wanna leave," Hannah told Luke, as his eyes opened wide in disbelief. "I f-cked in a windmill. And guess what? We did it a second time!"
Rumor has it Jed Wyatt was the guy whom Hannah had sex with in a windmill, and it occurred during Hannah's round of overnight dates in Greece.

"Of course we should. Have you ever done something you regret, and needed support? Or would you be fine with everyone coming after you, when you're probably already being hard on yourself," Kaitlyn tweeted in reply.
"Sometimes regrets are life lessons, which result in self compassion and growth."
Kaitlyn also pointed out on Twitter that most people have dated "someone not worthy of our time at some point in our life."
"We Have All done it," Kaitlyn wrote alongside multiple emojis of clapping hands.

Many The Bachelorette viewers have argued Hannah sent the wrong guys home early, but Kaitlyn advised people to remember it's a reality show.
"But that's TV.... It has to be a certain level of entertainment and edited for dramatic effect. There's a reason this show is the best. There's a reason it has lasted 35 seasons," Kaitlyn said.
