During a Monday night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Bristowe and Booth discussed the night they sent out the Snapchat which ultimately spoiled the ending of Season 11. According to the newly-engaged couple, it was an accident and ABC was furious at them for it.

"I actually felt really bad. We both felt bad," Bristowe told Kimmel.

"We were sending Snaps to one of the producers," Booth began.

The Bachelorette then interjected to say she and Booth often sent cute photos and videos to a particular producer, especially since there were very few people they could share the secret of their engagement with.

"I get out of bed, go on my phone, look at Twitter," Booth continued, "and there were hundreds of pictures of my stupid face lying in bed with her. I start having a panic attack and I can't even breathe. I, like, bent over the bed and thought, 'What am I going to do?' I thought it was [my fault]."

"He was like, 'I did something really bad,'" Bristowe recalled. "And I was like, 'You idiot! You Snapchatted a picture of us?!' And then he was looking and was like, 'You did it!' And we went into full panic mode."

Kimmel then brought up the photo on a big screen. Bristowe was lying on Booth's chest and the personal trainer was sporting a thick beard, which he definitely didn't have on the show. Bristowe laughed about how horrible the picture was.

"It's very flattering!" she said sarcastically. "If we meant to do that, it would've looked a lot better than that."

Kimmel pointed out that releasing the Snapchat was a big mistake and the head honchos at ABC were "very, very mad." Bristowe laughed, "Oh, I know! I'm fully aware."

"They got mad at me about this and I had nothing to do with it all," Kimmel joked.

"They picked me up in a car a half hour later and just drove me home," Booth explained.

Bristowe and Booth got engaged at the conclusion of Monday night's The Bachelorette finale on ABC. She chose him over runner-up Nick Viall, who also attempted to propose.
