The Bachelorette star JoJo Fletcher admits she had a meltdown before the cocktail party in Buenos Aires but viewers haven't seen anything yet.

"After a week full of eventful dates. It was now time for the Rose Ceremony. What you guys didn't get to see in the episode is that just seconds before entering the foyer to meet the guys, I had this moment of overwhelming nerves and anxiety," Fletcher wrote in her People blog.

"Something just came over me and I had to stop for almost half an hour just to gather my thoughts. Sorry for making you wait, guys!

Fletcher, however, had only breached the surface of her emotions at this point in the journey.

"This only foreshadowed my emotions to come. You could tell I wasn't the only one feeling anxious. In every conversation I had that night, the men were making it clear more than ever of how they felt about me and I could sense at this point, it was do or die for them," Fletcher wrote.

Despite the fact her conversations with the men were "so honest and open," by the end of the cocktail party, she was "still so confused."

When Fletcher handed out roses in Monday night's Rose Ceremony, only one remained when both James Taylor and Alex Woytkiw were on the chopping block.

"I was banking on my gut kicking in to make a last minute decision, but standing there with one rose left and James and Alex before me, I just panicked," the 25-year-old Dallas real estate developer explained.

"When it comes to finding a soul mate, you can't make an impulsive decision. I knew I needed more time. Thankfully Chris Harrison came in to save the day yet again."

Fletcher now has Taylor, Woytkiw, Chase McNary, Jordan Rodgers, Robby Hayes, and Luke Pell still in the running for her heart on The Bachelorette.
