The Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron admits he and Hannah Brown have struggled to figure out their relationship as they've tried to remain friends ever since Season 15 ended last year.

Tyler and Hannah have insisted for months their dynamic is strictly platonic, but it apparently hasn't been easy for the former couple to define their relationship.

During a video interview with Us Weekly, Tyler was asked whether there is any chance he and Hannah might get back together in the future and give their romance another shot.

"We're friends, we're friends. We need to learn how to be friends, you know what I mean? Like, we've struggled, you know, with our relationship and trying to figure out what it is," Tyler, 27, explained.

"But we're in a great place right now with each other and it's great to be able to hang out, you know -- grab dinner, hang out -- and it's fun."

Tyler added, "Hannah's an amazing person and it's good to be in a better place than we've been."

Tyler competed on Hannah's season of The Bachelorette in 2019 and finished as the runner-up behind winner Jed Wyatt, whom Hannah dumped five weeks after getting engaged because she discovered he had a girlfriend back home in Nashville, TN, while filming the show.

Hannah and Tyler stayed friends after The Bachelorette and quarantined together in Tyler's Jupiter, FL home, not long after Tyler's mother Andrea Cameron tragically passed away from a brain aneurysm.

Since Tyler confessed he and Hannah have struggled to figure out their relationship, Us suggested there must have been some type of quarantine spark when they were sleeping in the same household for nearly a month.

"We were just trying to be friends and couldn't even figure that out then," Tyler revealed.

"I try to be friends with all my exes. There's no point in having enemies. I think it's a maturity thing. I think being able to have a friendship with them even though your past wasn't the best thing or didn't work out, it's the sign of a mature friendship and we share a bond."

Tyler said a person who has appeared on The Bachelor or The Bachelorette would understand why he and Hannah are still close.

"A lot of people on the show share a bond that no one really understands or goes through, so it's good to have someone... to talk through and help go through things," Tyler said.

But that doesn't mean The Bachelor fans are going to stop shipping Tyler and Hannah as a couple.

"[Bachelor Nation] is awesome. They're amazing. They've shown so much support to me and Hannah," Tyler noted after a photo of his recent get-together with Hannah in L.A. has circulated on social media.

"So I can't thank them enough for that, but yeah, we were just hanging out actually, you know, at a little restaurant and that's it."

As for Tyler's current dating life, the general contractor -- who has dabbled in some modeling work -- is still single and explained "it's been harder" to date after The Bachelorette in comparison to what his life was like before going on the show.

"I'd definitely say it's been harder because I haven't been able to figure it out," Tyler said with a laugh.

"Hopefully I can figure that part of my life out soon and find somebody, but you know, whatever happens, happens. I have so much stuff going on in my life, I'm just trying to figure that out first."

Tyler also joked he'd be willing to appear on Bachelor in Paradise as long as the show would be willing to let him work as Wells Adams' "co-bartender."

When asked why he doesn't seem willing to date The Bachelor alums, Tyler replied, "I've tried it," seemingly referring to Hannah, who found fame when she competed on Colton Underwood's season of The Bachelor.

"I'm [going to] try something else," Tyler added.

Since dating Hannah, Tyler has apparently had flings with supermodel Gigi Hadid, Kylie Jenner's best friend Anastasia Karanikolaou, and swimsuit model Jilissa Ann Zoltko.
