The Bachelor host Chris Harrison already insisted Season 20 star Ben Higgins will be "phenomenal," but what else?

"It's hard for me to be unbiased, because he's a friend. He's just a good man -- very sincere and humble -- but he's a little vulnerable, a little fragile," Harrison revealed to Entertainment Tonight.

Higgins, a 27-year-old handsome and kind guy from Warsaw, IN, who currently resides in Denver, CO, feared he was "unlovable" while competing for Kaitlyn Bristowe's heart on The Bachelorette. While fans might assume Higgins got over that insecurity, Harrison admitted the sentiment will be addressed when the show premieres January 4 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

"We obviously deal with that and you'll see that kind of play out throughout the season," Harrison explained. "When you set the bar so high with a guy like that, obviously there's something to fight for, and the women are fighting for him."

Harrison promised the fights will be "good" and "dramatic," but not necessarily because of the type of women cast.

"It's not about who's bad or who's evil," the host clarified. "This season, it's just about [the fact] Ben's a catch. [The girls] see this guy as a massive catch."

Harrison also told ET that Higgins reminds him of seventeenth-season The Bachelor star Sean Lowe, who still goes down as America's favorite Bachelor of all time and is currently married to Catherine Giudici, the woman he ended up proposing to on the show.

"Just as far as the sincerity," Harrison noted, adding that both guys are also "sweet" and "humble."

"You got a glimpse of Sean back on [Emily Maynard]'s season, but you really fell in love with him when you got to know him on The Bachelor. Same thing with Ben. You got a taste of him on Kaitlyn's season, but once America really sees who he is, they're going to freak out. I think his season would most resemble Sean's."

As shown in a preview clip of the new season, Higgins will have to handle twin girls, Emily and Haley from Las Vegas, vying for his affection.

"They've never been interested in the same guy," Harrison said of the twins, "but they [saw Ben on The Bachelorette] and said, 'You know what? We both like this guy. We're going to go in.' While that seems like every guy's dream, if you think about it, it's really a nightmare. Ben trying to date two people in the same family? That's not okay!"

It's possible one or both twins will make it to hometown dates based on a little tidbit Harrison threw out there.

"Maybe in a way they do [make it]," Harrison teased. "You'll see."
