The Bachelor alum Lauren Burnham is sharing her pregnancy progress with her fans.

"Post-workout," Lauren captioned the mirror selfie as part of her Instagram Story that day.
In the photo, Lauren showed off a side profile of her body in a tight long-sleeve T-shirt, black leggings and sneakers. She also looked cute and casual with her hair in a ponytail and baseball cap.
That same day, Lauren dished about her pregnancy experience thus far via her baby's social media account.
"Such a relaxing week inside here," Lauren wrote on behalf of her unborn child.
"I've just been spending time growing per usual and now I'm the size of a spaghetti squash. I'm up to about a pound in weight and I'm happy to say I finally look like a miniature newborn (my head is finally not abnormally large)."
Then on Thursday, The Bachelor's "Lauren B." worlds collided when Lauren shared an additional Instagram Story showing herself posing with Lauren Bushnell -- The Bachelor Season 20 star Ben Higgins' former fiancee -- at the PGA Tour's Waste Management Open in Phoenix, AZ.
"Proud to be 1/2 of this team #teamlaurenb," she wrote on the photo.
Lauren and her husband, The Bachelor Season 22 star Arie Luyendyk Jr., got married in Maui, Hawaii earlier this month and then enjoyed a honeymoon in the same spot.

Lauren's baby bump was hidden by her ballgown-style dress on her wedding day, but she has since proudly showed off her small bump in bikini pictures and romantic images with Arie.

Lauren and Arie recently revealed they are expecting a baby girl, and the couple first announced Lauren's pregnancy in November 2018.
Lauren, who is reportedly pursuing a career in real estate, and Arie, a 37-year-old race car driver, purchased a home together in Phoenix, AZ, in April 2018, just one month after getting engaged on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose special on ABC.
Arie popped the question after ending his first engagement to the actual winner of The Bachelor's 22nd season, Becca Kufrin. Lauren had finished the season as Arie's runner-up and left the finale taping brokenhearted.
