The Bachelor alum Ashley Iaconetti admits she's pretty terrified to carry a child when that time comes with fiance Jared Haibon.

"It's really a horrifying thought when I, like, really think about it," Ashley, who also appeared on two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise as well as The Bachelor Winter Games, told Us Weekly.

The 31-year-old bride-to-be added, "I just get scared about my body. Not about the appearance, but, like, how it's going to feel."

Ashley admitted it's not so much the labor part she's worried about.

"I'm, like, not even concerned about the giving birth part anymore. I'm concerned about, like, the expansion... I, like, feel weak if I go four hours without a carb," Ashley revealed.

Fear won't deter Ashley from having children with Jared, but the realities of being pregnant are enough to make her want to hold off for a bit.

Ashley told Us that she and Jared definitely won't be trying for a baby right after they get married in August 2019 in Rhode Island.

"Not on the honeymoon, no," Ashley confirmed. "I would like a good six months to just enjoy married life."

"We want to be married for a little while," Jared, 30, added.

"We're thinking mid-2020, maybe start thinking about popping out a little."

"It's really about the gender," Ashley recently told Us.

"Because I want a boy to have another brother or a girl to have a sister. But I also need to have a girl... I think that when you do the math, it equals out to three."

Ashley and Jared first met in 2015 on Bachelor in Paradise's second season and spent nearly three years in a confusing friendship with on-again, off-again flirtation.

But the pair didn't waste any time once they announced they were dating in May 2018, as they got engaged one month later on a beach in Mexico for Bachelor in Paradise 5 cameras.

After Ashley accepted Jared's marriage proposal, she told the magazine of her future family, "I just keep saying that the timeline I have given him is that, like, I need to be 33 when we start trying to have kids. So it's gotta happen before then."
