Sorry ladies, but it looks like new ABC Bachelor Bob Guiney is off the market. In a bit of an unusual move, Guiney, the star of the fourth edition of ABC's The Bachelor program that premieres this evening, is being rather forthcoming with the entertainment media that he found love on the show.

The Smoking Gun reports that Chyten and his wife Marci are suing Warner Brothers, the producers of ABC's The Bachelor 4, regarding the damage done to their $4.5 million Malibu estate (which they call "Oceanview Manor") during filming there.

ABC.com to offer 'The Bachelor' viewers free access to additional exclusive video September 23, 2003
While other networks such as CBS and FOX have partnered with Yahoo! or Real Networks to charge viewers of such reality shows such as "Survivor" and "Paradise Hotel" for the right to view additional exclusive show footage online, ABC apparently has a different idea in mind for its own hit reality program. ABC announced that beginning today, the ABC.com website will begin offering "The Bachelor" viewers free access to additional daily video content from the series.
