CBS has announced the identities of the 11 teams who will be competing on the nineteenth season of The Amazing Race, which will premiere Sunday, September 25 at 8PM ET/PT.

Like prior The Amazing Race editions, the members of the 11 teams competing on the show's nineteenth installment have a pre-existing relationship with one another.  Three teams are dating couples, three are married couples, three consist of family members, and two feature friends.

In addition, the cast also features four teams that may already be familiar to The Amazing Race viewers: former Survivor winners Ethan Zohn and Jenna Morasca, Olympic snowboarders Andy Finch and Tommy Czeschin, retired NFL player Marcus Pollard, and Zac Sunderland -- who became the youngest person to ever sail around the world alone when he accomplished the feat at age 17 in 2009.

Zohn and Morasca, who have been dating since 2003, will compete together, as well Finch and Czeschin.  Pollard will compete with his wife Amani and Zac will team with his father Laurence.

Reports of Zohn and Morasca's The Amazing Race participation had previously surfaced in June when the couple announced they wouldn't be posting on Twitter for a month and then spotted leaving Los Angeles International Airport with several other teams when the Race began filming.

The Amazing Race's nineteenth season covered 40,000 miles and included visits to four continents and 20 cities, according to CBS. Several locations were visited for the first time in the reality franchise's history -- including Indonesia, Malawi, Belgium and Denmark.

In addition, the season will feature a new "Hazard" penalty that will "impact one team's future on the Race right from the starting line" as well as The Amazing Race's "first ever Double Elimination," according to the network.
