The Amazing Race participant Louis Stravato has been put on desk duty as part of a still-ongoing investigation in which three of his department's police officers have already been arrested for allegedly participating in a cocaine drug ring.
While Rhode Island State Police Captain David S. Neill confirmed Stravato as one of the four assigned "desk duty," he would not provide comment on his possible involvement in the investigation, according to TMZ.
Narcotics detective Joseph Colanduono, patrolman Robert J. Hamlin, and Sgt. Stephen Gonsalves were all arrested on Friday on various drug-related charges in connection to the four-month investigation. Stravato -- who has not been charged -- is participating in The Amazing Race's currently-airing sixteenth season with fellow Providence Police Department undercover detective Michael Naylor.
