'The Al Franken Show' returns to The Sundance Channel

The Sundance Channel will add a televised version of Air America's "The Al Franken Show" to its weeknight schedule, both companies announced Thursday.

Sundance televised "The Al Franken Show" for several weeks last fall. The cable channel will resume televising the show June 6, with plans calling for the show to run through the end of 2005.
No time slot was announced.
Sundance Channel President and CEO Larry Aidem and Air America Radio President Jon Sinton said the show was returning to the Sundance schedule in response to public demand.
Air America launched its progressive talk radio operation on March 31, 2002, with five affiliates. The company said it would be on 50 stations by the end of this month.
