Teresa Giudice apparently has no plans to divorce her husband, Joe Giudice.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star's attorney, James Leonard Jr., assured Us Weekly that, despite chatter and recent rumors of divorce, Teresa intends to remain married.

"I don't know how to say it any louder or plainer, but it ain't happening. Period," Leonard told Us of divorce. "Why can't people accept the fact that these two people simply want to stay married to one another and let them live their lives?"

Teresa, 45, sparked speculation of a split when she shared a photo Saturday on Instagram of herself having dinner with her friend, Loren La Forge-Kyriakoulis, a New Jersey divorce attorney.

Teresa initially captioned the photo, "Dinner with a great friend getting great advice," before changing it to, "Dinner with a great friend lots of laughs."

Teresa completed a nearly year-long stint behind bars in December 2015, while Joe began his 41-month sentence in prison in March 2016.

The couple was sentenced to jail time in October 2014 after pleading guilty to three counts of bankruptcy fraud, and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud as part of a plea deal to resolve their 41-count federal fraud indictment.

Teresa argued at the time she had blindly signed documents for Joe without knowledge of their contents or potential legal repercussions.

"I'm still not happy with Joe," Teresa wrote in her 2017 Standing Strong memoir, according to People. "Actually that's the understatement of the friggin' century. And I'm not going to hide it anymore."

The couple's prison arrangements were made so that one parent could always be with their four daughters -- Gia, 17, Gabriella, 13, Milania, 11, and Audriana, 8.

"I was happy and relaxed. Until Joe f-cked up. And he f-cked up bad. Now I'm a single mother," Teresa reportedly wrote in the memoir, which followed her 2016 book Turning Tables.

"I handle everything. All of it. And I support my entire family financially, which is a big weight on my shoulders on top of everything else... Will I still be married to Joe in 40 years? I have no idea. You don't know what life will bring."

Teresa told Bravo's The Daily Dish back in August 2017, however, "I am not getting divorced," adding, "The truth is, I miss my husband and cannot wait for him to come home."
