Teen Mom stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have gotten tattoos in honor of their newborn daughter Novalee Reign.

The couple took to Instagram earlier this week to share photos of their respective tattoos. Lowell got a copy of Novalee's small footprint on her own foot, while Baltierra went all out with a sleeve depicting images of bats, Batman and the name "Novalee."

"Two day session complete thanks to @lancekellarstudios who did an amazing job on my #NovaleeReign tattoo. This representation that I will always protect her is PERFECT! Thanks Lance! #WatchfulProtector #SilentGuardian," Baltierra captioned the photo of his arm's ink.

Lowell, 20, and Baltierra, 22, are clearly very excited to be parents, as the couple made a brave decision in May 2009 to give their first child, Carly, up for adoption. Part of their story had been chronicled on MTV's 16 & Pregnant before their stint on Teen Mom.

Baltierra has been gushing about Novalee on social media since her January 1 birth.

"I could hold her in my arms all day. My girls are the best thing that has ever happened to me. The love I have for them is overwhelming, inspiring, and a true blessing to my life! #NovaleeReign #Carly #Catelynn," he captioned one photo three weeks ago in which he was holding his daughter.

"I promise to always hold your hand through this life. I promise to never let go. I promise to love and guide you until the end of time. I love her little hands...she's just perfect #NovaleeReign #MyTootie," he captioned another image of Novalee's little hand in his.

Baltierra proposed to Lowell for the second time this past Christmas after previously calling off their five-year engagement in July 2013.

MTV previously announced Teen Mom OG, which will feature the show's "original girls" as the cast, is scheduled to premiere on Monday, March 23 at 10PM ET/PT. Lowell and Baltierra will appear on the series along with returning stars Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, and Farrah Abraham.
