Taylor Swift's lawyers deny alleged topless photo is actually of singer

Taylor Swift's lawyers say a nude photo posted on the Web site CelebrityJihad.com is not of the wholesome U.S. singer.

The New York Post reported the photo shows a woman with exposed breasts and blond ringlets, wearing only strawberry-printed underwear, while lying on a bed.

The accompanying headline says, "Taylor Swift Private Pic Leaked?"

However, the 21-year-old, country-pop star's lawyers insist the woman in the photo is not Swift.

TMZ reported the recording artist's legal team has sent a letter to Celebrity Jihad warning it has posted "false pornographic images and false news" about the singer, and will be sued for trademark infringement if it does not remove them.
