Father of reported 'Survivor: Thailand' contestant dies in accident while filming still underway July 16, 2002 The Kingsport Times-News of Tennessee reported today that a Kingsport, TN man was killed Monday evening after his car went off the road and into a ditch. Thomas W. Vance, 62 was killed when his truck struck a driveway culvert, went across the driveway, and came to rest in the ditch on the other side of the driveway. Sullivan County investigators said Vance was not wearing a seat belt. |
