Students at the Orange County (Calif.) High School of the Arts plan to surprise alumnus and "Glee" star Matt Morrison at the Emmy Awards in Hollywood Sunday.

Three hundred OCHSA students will "scream encouragement" via satellite for Morrison, a best actor nominee, when he appears on the red carpet during the broadcast of "Access Hollywood," The Orange County Register reported Saturday.
Morrison is taking his mentor, OCHSA founder Ralph Opacic, as his guest to the awards show.
"I'm rather sure that he'd have had no problem finding a date if he'd wanted to," Opacic said Friday. "But he's like a part of our family. He's really like a son to us."
