Comedian Stephen Colbert says he is planning a "March to Keep Fear Alive," an opposing event to Jon Stewart's "Rally to Restore Sanity" in Washington.

Both marches are to take place Oct. 30.

"America, the Greatest Country God ever gave Man, was built on three bedrock principles: Freedom. Liberty. And fear -- that someone might take our freedom and liberty.
