David Arquette, Marilu Henner and Laura San Giacomo are among actors who are making pilot TV shows for the coming season, the Hollywood Reporter said.

Arquette will star in a CBS pilot "The Commuters" set in New York, while Henner will return to series TV as a divorced mother in ABC comedy pilot "Joint Custody." San Giacomo is to co-star in an untitled project about the lives of four sisters for the WB Network.
Other pilot-casting highlights include Gina Torres starring opposite Kristin Davis in ABC's "Soccer Moms," Bill Bellamy joining Fox's "Amy Coyne", and Susanna Thompson joining NBC's "Book of Daniel," the Hollywood Reporter said.
