Star Jones Reynolds and Barbara Walters are still carrying on their war of words over Reynolds' dramatic departure from "The View."

Walters said she felt "betrayed" by Reynolds's comments, referring to Reynolds's statement saying, "I feel like I was fired," People magazine reported Thursday.
"For Barbara to say she felt betrayed is the height of hypocrisy," said Reynolds.
In an on-air interview with Ryan Seacrest she added, "If anyone should feel betrayed, then it should probably be me. Because in the same week that I was told I was not being renewed, that's the same week that Rosie O'Donnell vilified me in the media and the exact same week that Barbara, my mentor, my colleague and friend of nine years, called her and invited her to be co-host on 'The View,'" reported Us Weekly.
After Reynolds announced on the air that she would leave the show in July, ABC called her agent and told Reynolds not to come back at all.
