Beverly Broadus Green, an ordained evangelist, will kick off her national campaign Wednesday at Epiphany School in Dorchester, Mass., the Boston Herald reported Tuesday.
Green has recruited a number of celebrity mothers for her cause including those of Britney Spears, Chris Rock, Kelly Price, Beyonce, Cedric the Entertainer and Hillary Duff, AllHipHop.com said on its Web site.
Green said the campaign has been a dream of hers for the last 15 years.
"To reach out, touch and help the kids in the streets, the kids on drugs, the mothers on crack or mothers who are experiencing domestic violence, it is my dream to help them," she said.
