New York detectives analyzed security videos from a hip hop station to solve a shooting that appears to stem from a feud between rival rappers.

Relations between 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, and The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, have been strained but deteriorated further Saturday, the New York Daily News said Wednesday.
That's when Taylor used an interview on New York's WQHT-FM to speak kindly of fellow artists Nas and Jadakiss, bitter foes of 50 Cent.
Two days later Jackson used the same hip hop station to retaliate, saying Taylor was getting too big for his baggy britches, the newspaper said.
Members of Taylor's entourage then rushed to the station only to be confronted by Jackson's entourage. Shots were fired and a Taylor supporter had to be treated at a hospital for a gunshot wound.
WQHT-FM's elaborate video cameras are believed to have caught the Monday night fracas on tape and were being reviewed by police.
Later, the facade of WQHT-FM was shot up, and Taylor's brother used the rapper's Web site to blame Jackson for the violence.
