A New York townhouse featured on early episodes of "Sex and the City" is back on the market after selling for $9 million in November.
The 4,100-square-foot home at 64 Perry St., which served as the home for Sarah Jessica Parker's character, Carrie Bradshaw, in early episodes of the HBO series, is now being listed by Sotheby's International Realty with a $9.65 million asking price, the New York Daily News reported Friday.
Robby Browne, a broker who worked on the home's sale for $9 million in November, said he could not discuss details of the deal but the buyer had not originally intended to sell the property so soon.
