Bad Boys record founder Sean "P. Diddy" Combs says his child is being used in a scam to bilk him out of a quarter-million dollars a year in child support.

In an interview with the New York Daily News, Combs, 35, lamented the April court ruling that he pay that amount to Misa Hylton-Brim, mother of his 11-year-old son Justin.

"To go and have a judge order me to do it as if I've been a bad father is unfair," he said. "A court doesn't have to tell me what to do to support my child. It's disrespectful."

The ruling was the highest amount in New York state history, and was immediately appealed.

Combs has another son, 7-year-old Christian, with model Kim Porter, and he has virtually adopted Porter's son 13-year-old son Quincy.

Combs separated from Porter when he became involved with Jennifer Lopez, but he and Porter have since reunited, though he continues to pay her monthly child-support payments of $12,000.
