A three-month long investigation led police to arrest John Sweeten, 31, on felony drug charges of selling pot packaged in Long John Silver's to-go boxes from his car, the Houston Chronicle reported.
Police Sgt. Bob Berry said narcotics officers had set up surveillance outside the restaurant.
"As they watched, Sweeten set up shop and began selling marijuana in Long John Silver's to-go boxes," Berry said. "He apparently would make deals in the parking lot."
Police also arrested three customers for misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
