Former Creed frontman Scott Stapp has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles to stop the release of a sexy videotape he and Kid Rock made in 1999.

Rock has already filed suit in federal court in Detroit, winning an injunction to keep World Wide Red Light District from selling the video or displaying it on its Web sites.
Now Stapp has filed his own suit asking the company be barred from distributing the video that shows him and Rock having sex with four women on a tour bus in Miami, E! Online reports.
Stapp's lawyer claims the "video diary" was stolen from a safe in the rocker's house, an allegation Red Light District has denied.
Stapp's suit claims violation of trademark and privacy rights, as well as embarrassment, pain, suffering and emotional distress.
