Celebrity couples melded by media into Brangelina, TomKat and Bennifer will regain their singular identities if a small Michigan school has its way.

The pop culture monikers were cited Monday on Lake Superior State University's 32nd annual List of Words Banished from the Queen's English for Mis-Use, Over-Use and General Uselessness.

This year's banished crop culled from 4,500 nominations submitted by the public also includes the phrases "we're pregnant,""went missing,""now playing in theaters,""ask your doctor,""drug deal gone bad" and "i-anything."

Comedy Central fake news anchor Stephen Colbert will no doubt be perturbed by the banishment of his trademark "truthiness," defined as truth you wanted to believe as opposed to truth from fact, which was crowned the American Dialectic Society's 2005 Word of the Year.

Also banished were "Gitmo," the U.S. military's shorthand for its Guantanamo Bay base in Cuba; "undocumented alien,""chipotle,""healthy food" and the word "boasts" when referring to residential amenities.

Lake Superior State University, located in Saute Ste. Marie, is Michigan's smallest public university and (sorry) boasts 3,000 students.
