A usually quiet Charlotte, N.C., neighborhood is still abuzz over that nearly naked woman being photographed down the street.

Benn Hill said he came home from work last week to find his wife afraid to take the kids outside because of the scandalous incident.
According to Hill and some of his neighbors, a camera crew for the men's magazine Maxim was taking pictures of a woman whose attire ranged from a billowing dress to pasties and panties.
Some neighbors called police and tried to take pictures of the photo shoot as evidence, the Charlotte Observer said.
They sent e-mail messages -- to the mayor, to City Council members, to U.S. Rep. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., and others.
"I do not need this trash brought to my front door," Hill said in e-mail to City Councilman John Tabor.
Officers told the neighbors the camera shoot was legal as long as no private parts were on display.
