Sandra Bullock will do an interview with Matt Lauer for NBC's "Today" show, the network announced Wednesday.

The Oscar-winning actress has been keeping a low profile since her marriage to reality TV personality Jesse James broke up last spring in the wake of allegations he cheated on her with several women. In one of her few interactions with the media in recent months, Bullock announced she had adopted an infant boy from New Orleans.
Her divorce from James was finalized last month.
"Lauer will talk to Bullock at Warren Easton Charter High School in New Orleans, where Bullock has been a longtime supporter," NBC said in a news release Wednesday. "Arthur Hardy, a school board member, will join Lauer and Bullock for the interview to discuss the opening of school's new on-campus health clinic, which Bullock helped fund."
