Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds separated his shoulder while working on the New Orleans set of the superhero flick "The Green Lantern," UsMagazine.com said.

Reynolds, 33, suffered the injury Monday.
The Web site Wednesday quoted a movie set insider as saying the actor, who plays the title role in the film, "is in lots of pain."
"He's been keeping ice on it," the unnamed source said.
