The Emmy Award-winning comedian, who is gearing up to star in a new talk show on the soon-to-launch Oprah Winfrey Network, said the lumps were tested and turned out to be benign.
O'Donnell posted an entry called "Cancer Free" on her Web site in her famous haiku style Tuesday: "a 2 word text/ and everything changes/ thank u/ amen/ babs on o/ as i type/ as close 2 perfect/ as life gets/ and i see the faces/ of the women in the waiting room/ praying they too/ got good news today."
O'Donnell's mother died of breast cancer when she was 10.
