Revenge Body host Khloe Kardashian gained the tools from her divorce from Lamar Odom to develop a stronger mind, body and soul. She set out to change others' lives whom she can relate to, as she had been criticized growing up as being the "fat and funny" Kardashian sister.

While the premise of the show is to seek revenge on a person who has caused hurt or insecurity, the participants tend to realize quickly in their weight-loss journeys that it's really about bettering themselves, gaining confidence and growing stronger -- not about impressing others.

"Let's make our haters our biggest motivators," Khloe had said in the premiere.

In the show's sixth episode, Ranella revealed her younger sister is a beauty pageant queen and "Little Miss Perfect." Their mother often criticizes Ranella for her weight and how much she eats.

Ranella felt like the "neglected" child as well as "the black sheep" in the family. She also used to be a successful pop and R&B singer in the entertainment industry but stopped performing because of her lack of confidence.

Khloe hooked Ranella up with celebrity trainer Corey Calliet and she began her weight-loss journey at 207 pounds. Ranella was motivated but felt she wasn't one of Corey's main priorities a couple weeks into the process.

Corey had to remind her that part of her transformation is becoming stronger and more independent mentally, meaning she had to be able to exercise on her own and at home in order to see results.

Corey needed Ranella to do a lot of cardio to shed fat before he could start building up her muscles, so that's why the participant constantly found herself on the "boring" treadmill. Khloe also had Ranella meet with Dr. Sands to receive veneers so it would brighten up her smile.

After 12 weeks, Ranella weighed-in at 171 pounds, so she lost a total of 36 pounds. She then met with celebrity stylist Jason Bolden -- who has worked with stars including Angelina Jolie and Julia Roberts -- to pick out a dress for her stage performance.

On the day of her big reveal, Tokyo Stylz turned her spiral curls into long, wavy blonde hair. It was then her time to reveal her new look to her mother and sister. Ranella performed her new song "Let Me Introduce You" and her mother cried tears of joy because she was so proud.

In a post-show update, Ranella lost 10 more pounds since filming the show. She's still single but feels she has a chance with Corey now.

The episode's other storyline belonged to Brittany, who gave birth to a daughter at age 16 in high school. Her child's father, Conrad, had left Brittany five months into the pregnancy, so she wanted revenge on him as well as her pre-baby body back. Conrad's absence left Brittany with a whole in her heart, and she became depressed and found food as her therapy.

Khloe matched Brittany with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson and nutritionist Dr. Goglia. She was required to stop smoking weed -- as she had a habit of smoking up to a handful of times a day -- exercise, and eat well at home.

However, Brittany struggled to adhere to her nutrition plan. She was caught eating chips and her blood work showed that she wasn't eating healthy.

Khloe, Gunnar and Dr. Goglia therefore had an intervention with Brittany, telling her to buckle down or quit the show so they could give the opportunity to someone else who really wants it. Khloe needed Brittany to prove herself with numbers on the scale. Although Brittany felt insulted because she claimed to be working hard, she continued on with the journey.

However, it wasn't long before Khloe, Gunnar and Dr. Goglia realized Brittany's progress was poor, so it meant she wasn't trying any harder than she was before. As a result, Brittany's team quit and she was left to fend for herself.

In the post-show update, Revenge Body revealed that Brittany turned things around on her own and committed to living a healthy lifestyle. Conrad became her personal trainer, and her goal is to lose another 20 pounds -- after which she'd plan her "own personal reveal."
