Paris Hilton is in and Britney Spears is out of an all-star NFL Network commercial scheduled to air during Super Bowl XLI.

While Hilton is reported to be "on board," other big names who have confirmed include Martha Stewart, LL Cool J and country band Rascal Flatts, TMZ.com said.

The NFL Network, owned and operated by the New York-based National Football League, said it also has asked former U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno and soccer great David Beckham, but neither has confirmed.
