Cramer will take an Apprentice boardroom seat alongside Trump and his daughter Ivanka during the NBC reality competition's upcoming celebrity installment, Broadcasting & Cablereported Monday.
While Cramer's boardroom gig is currently slated to last just one episode, the Mad Money host says he would welcome the opportunity to participate in more of the currently-filming seventh The Appentice edition's boardroom grillings.
"I'd do anything," Cramer told Broadcasting & Cable. "If they wanted me to carry a sign on the set, I'd do it."
Shortly after it was formally announced, The Donald boasted that the cast of celebrity participants would include Cramer as well as several other A-list stars such as Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Tony Hawk and Pete Rose.
However when the identities of The Apprentice's actual celebrity cast began to emerge earlier this month, they weren't as impressive as the names Trump had previously mentioned. According to recent reports, the competition will include supermodel Carol Alt; actor Stephen Baldwin; wrestler John Cena; actress Marilu Henner; professional boxer Lennox Lewis; mixed martial arts fighter Tito Ortiz; former The Sopranos actor Vincent Pastore; former KISS frontman Gene Simmons; and The Apprentice first-season contestant Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth.
