Sandra Bullock may not have known about her husband's alleged affairs, however she was apparently in the minority.

Jesse James' alleged infidelity was "an open secret" among the employees at his West Coast Choppers motorcycle shop in Long Beach, CA, Us Weekly reported Wednesday.

"Everybody knew," a source told Us, which added the Jesse James is a Dead Man and former Monster Garage star would regularly post Internet ads looking for "hot, tattooed biker chicks with big boobs."

"He sees their photos, answers the ads and invites the girls to his office," another source told Us.

Last week, James was accused of carrying out an 11-month affair with tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee while Bullock was in Atlanta filming The Blind Side -- for which recently won the Oscar for Best Actress -- and a second woman claimed earlier this week that she also had a two-year affair with James.

Bullock reportedly left the house she shares with James two days before the initial reports that he had an affair with McGee surfaced.

A source told Us that James' infidelity is not an "isolated incident" and that he "gets bored" when Bullock is away.

"He is a whole other person when they're together," a source told Us, explaining how Bullock was unaware of the alleged affairs.

"She was completely duped," added another insider.

James has apologized to Bullock and his three children from his two previous marriages while also claiming the "vast majority" the allegations against him are "untrue."
