Report: Jennifer Lopez 12 weeks pregnant with first child

Hollywood actress Jennifer Lopez is reportedly expecting her first child with her singer husband Marc Anthony.

"She's about 12 weeks pregnant," an insider told In Touch magazine. "She's due in the spring."

The magazine claimed the baby was conceived through in vitro fertilization and noted there is a possibility the "El Cantante" co-stars may have twins.

"Becoming a mother is Jennifer's dream," said a friend. "She's over the moon."
