Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston may be set for a legal battle over $190 million after failing to sign a pre-nuptial agreement.

Pitt and Aniston must divide their combined assets, worth over $190 million, the World Entertainment News Network reported. The couple announced their divorce earlier this month.

British newspaper The People quoted an anonymous source as saying: "Lawyers are already giving them advice that is not in the other's best interest. That's the way it goes in Hollywood. A major row is on the cards. It's only a matter of time. The word in the divorce community is nobody did a prenup. That's surprising because of the huge sum of money involved."
