R. Kelly sues Jay-Z for $16 million over pepper spraying incident

Singer R. Kelly has filed a $16 million lawsuit against rapper Jay-Z in New York for a pepper spray incident during their doomed tour.

Kelly previously filed a $75 million suit against Jay-Z, claiming the rapper kicked him off their "Best of Both Worlds" tour because he was jealous, the New York Daily News reported Saturday.
The second suit claims Jay-Z's friend Tyran Smith pepper-sprayed him after he walked off stage in New York's Madison Square Garden.
Kelly's latest suit claims Jay-Z rewarded his friend for the spraying by giving him an executive post at Def Jam Recordings.
