U.S. R&B artist and 12-time Grammy winner Alicia Keys is pregnant with her first child, her publicist confirmed.

The publicist said Keys and the baby's father, producer-DJ-rapper Swizz Beatz, are engaged to be married later this year, CNN reported Friday.
The baby's due date was not disclosed.
Swizz Beatz and Keys worked together on one song for her latest album, "The Element of Freedom." They have been friends for several years, the publicist said.
"They're very happy," a source close to the couple told CNN.
