A Canadian man who makes a living posting videos on the YouTube Internet site has run afoul of local authorities who want his property cleaned up.

David Rock, 47, lives on a farm in the small town of Lucan in southwestern Ontario and has posted more than 1,000 videos on YouTube. They feature a variety of vehicles being used to do unusual things. It all happens on his farm, which is littered with cars, trucks and buses, the London (Ontario) Free Press reported.
Township officials told Rock this week he's violating a bylaw forbidding storage of inoperative, dismantled or wrecked vehicles. He told the newspaper he'll go to court if necessary, as the wrecks are the source of his Internet fame and money.
"All these cars are in working condition and they're movie props," he said. "If I don't have cars to make videos with, I'm not on YouTube anymore."
Through a profit-sharing deal with YouTube, he said he stands to make $200,000 a year. His videos have been viewed more than 50 million times and he is 30th on the list of most-watched contributors, he said.
