The designer who made Princess Diana's wedding dress in 1981 is refusing to do the same for Prince Charles' second fiancee.

The comments of David Emmanuel follow this week's news the prince and long-time companion, Camilla Parker Bowles, will marry April 8, the Sun reported Friday.
"I'm not going to design her dress, simply because I've never dressed her before," said Emmanuel. "I did the dress for the 'main event' anyway, so I would not want to do it this time round."
He said a blue dress would be "nice" on Bowles, if combined with sapphire jewelry, but his personal recommendation would be beige.
Whatever Bowles does, he added, "Please don't wear white."
